Locally owned and operated, Bin 4 Burger Lounge specializes in gourmet burgers, appetizers, fresh salads, hand-crafted cocktails, and local wine and beer. Bin 4 opened its first location on Yates Street in 2011, and two more Victoria locations since, as well as others in Vancouver’s South Granville, Kelowna, Nanaimo, and Burnaby. This celebrated and quaint brasserie is the epitome of French fare and wine in Victoria, but their burger is a menu item locals keep raving about, made with bacon, Swiss cheese, arugula, grain mustard aïoli, and fries. Operating on a strictly first-come, first-served basis, Brasserie L’Ecole puts anyone who opens that door on equal footing and serves the best for any situation (but especially if you’re feeling fancy).

Serving up some of Victoria's best burgers featuring handmade, locally sourced patties that are juicy and flavourful. The Beetrice Burger—complete with pickled beets and cheddar cheese—is a local favourite, but the single Jane (classic cheeseburger) is as good. The restaurant also serves vegetarian burgers that are made of cashew and chickpea and are delicious.
Pair your burger with crispy fries, a side of pickles, kale salad, or their popular sliced pickled beets and enjoy a laid-back atmosphere with your food.
