Spend an evening cooking French bistro dishes with Chef Dan Hayes: chicken braised in red wine, potatoes with parsley, and crepes Suzette.     SMWS November Whisky Tasting

    Try eight whisky samples from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society’s November releases with the Strath team. Members and non-members are welcome in the Maple Room at The Sticky Wicket. The tasting starts at 3pm; doors open at 1:30pm if you want to order food beforehand. Food is purchased separately. Check current ticket availability with Strath Liquor Merchants.

    Meet winemaker Yago Gómez over a dinner exploring Galicia through the wines of Adegas Valmiñor. The Arbutus Room pairs vermouth, white wines and reds with a locally inspired menu drawing on coastal Spain. A welcome reception begins at 5pm, followed by dinner at 6pm. This is Brentwood Bay Resort’s final winemaker dinner of the year. Reserve with the resort and check dietary requirements before booking.
